You can have Pancake using 7 ingredients and 10 steps. Here is how you cook it.
Ingredients of Pancake
- You need 100 g of curd.
- It’s 1 cup of white flour(maida).
- Prepare 1 cup of sugar(powderd).
- Prepare of Baking powder.
- Prepare of Choco chips.
- It’s of Dry fruits(almonds,wallnut, raisins ect.).
- You need of 1 cup cooking oil.
- Take 100g curd in a bowl.
- Add a cup of oil in it.
- Add 100g of sugar in it and stir the mixture nicely.
- Take another bowl and add a cup of white flour and pich of baking powder mix it well.
- Put the curd and sugar mixture into the whitr flour and make a thick batter stirr it well to make it consistent.
- Add dry fruits and chcochip to the batter.
- Grease a baking pan with oil/butter then dust it inner side with flour.
- Pour the batter in the baking pan and level the batter nicely.
- In a pressure cooker put salt at it's base and place the baking pan and put the lid without whistle and set the gas stove on medium flame and cook for about 40 minutes.
- Take out the pan and pour it on a tray upside down so that the cake comes out nicely without breaking.
