- Prepare 1 cup of Rajgira flour.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Chestnut flour/singhare ka atte.
- Prepare 2 of Ripe banana.
- You need 2 tbsp of Almond powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Cardamom powder.
- It’s 2 tbsp of Sugar.
- It’s 1 pinch of Saffron food colour.
- You need 1 cup of Milk.
- Prepare 4 tbsp of Clarified butter.
Banana pancake step by step
- Blend the ripe banana and milk to make a smooth paste..
- Add rajgira flour,chestnut flour in the banana paste and mix well..
- Add almond powder,sugar,cardamom powder and saffron food colour and make a smooth batter…
- Keep aside for fifteen mins.
- Heat clarified butter in a pan,add one spoon batter and spread it..
- Drizzle one tsp clarified on it..
- Flip it and cook both the sides..
- Serve hot with green chutney.
