  1. Prepare 1 cup of Rajgira flour.
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup of Chestnut flour/singhare ka atte.
  3. Prepare 2 of Ripe banana.
  4. You need 2 tbsp of Almond powder.
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of Cardamom powder.
  6. It’s 2 tbsp of Sugar.
  7. It’s 1 pinch of Saffron food colour.
  8. You need 1 cup of Milk.
  9. Prepare 4 tbsp of Clarified butter.

Banana pancake step by step

  1. Blend the ripe banana and milk to make a smooth paste..
  2. Add rajgira flour,chestnut flour in the banana paste and mix well..
  3. Add almond powder,sugar,cardamom powder and saffron food colour and make a smooth batter…
  4. Keep aside for fifteen mins.
  5. Heat clarified butter in a pan,add one spoon batter and spread it..
  6. Drizzle one tsp clarified on it..
  7. Flip it and cook both the sides..
  8. Serve hot with green chutney.
